There are two Collective Agreements that apply to ONA members:

2. The Local Agreement - April 1 2011 to March 31, 2014--Please refer to the Draft. (Please note, The Draft is 450KB.)
3. The Ratification 2011 Cheat Sheet (Plase note, the Sheet is 202KB.)

Grievance Process

What is a grievance? A grievance results from a difference arising between the parties (the Employer and the member/Union), relating to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Collective Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitratable .
