Re: New WSIB Intake Process

Members who have been denied WSIB claims will be able to reach a WSIB Labour Relations Officer (LRO) as follows:

During regular working hours of 08:30 to 16:30

416-964-8833 and the ONA receptionist will connect you to the WSIB LRO on intake.
1-800-387-5580, then "0" and the ONA receptionist will connect you to the WSIB LRO on Intake.

After regular working hours

416-964-8833 and leave a message at Extension 7721, the WSIB LRO on Intake will respond to your message the next business day.
